Sedona Grounding Trip 2018

My Sedona grounding trip was one of my first trips of the new year and was absolutely amazing! My cousin Justin came in from Chicago and it was his first time in Arizona. What better way to spend it than getting grounded in Sedona. We started our weekend with just the two of us camping out on 525 and my go to primitive spot. As usual the stars were bright the drinks were cold and we got to be in complete peace with no one as far as the eyes can see. The following morning we woke up and visited Peace Park at Amitabha Stupa. Spinning prayer wheels, meditating among the Red Rock and pacing around the center Stupa you could feel the solace and peace around you. From here we took a short drive over to the Devils Bridge trailhead. After a short off road adventure we got to the beginning of the hike. Steep off camber rock and magnificent views made the walk across the bridge feel like we were on top of the world. Overall a healing weekend after a crazy holiday season.
